1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SereneHue Travel website (serenehuetravels.in) or our transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SereneHue Travel ("we," "our," or "us"). We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Services

SereneHue Travel provides corporate transportation services, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers (pickup and drop)
  • Luxury car rentals with chauffeurs
  • Employee transportation services
  • Outstation and intercity travel
  • Corporate event transportation
  • Business travel solutions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Requirements

To book our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide valid payment information

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion.

3.3 Booking Modifications

You may modify or cancel your booking subject to our cancellation policy. Modification requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Additional charges may apply for modifications.

3.4 Booking Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service:

  • Airport Transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time
  • Outstation Trips: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled departure time
  • City Rentals: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time
  • Corporate Contracts: Subject to terms specified in the corporate agreement

Late cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on:

  • Distance and route
  • Vehicle type
  • Service duration
  • Time of day
  • Seasonal demand

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • UPI payments
  • Cash (for certain services)

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. For corporate clients, payment terms may be negotiated separately. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and service suspension.

4.4 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra passengers beyond vehicle capacity
  • Excess luggage
  • Waiting time beyond the included time
  • Toll charges
  • Parking fees
  • Overnight stays (for outstation trips)
  • Additional kilometers beyond the package limit

5. Vehicle and Service Conditions

5.1 Vehicle Condition

Our vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure safety and reliability. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific vehicle models (subject to availability)
  • Vehicle features or amenities
  • Exact pickup or delivery times (subject to traffic conditions)

5.2 Chauffeur Services

All our services include professional chauffeurs who are:

  • Licensed and experienced
  • Familiar with local routes and traffic conditions
  • Professional and courteous
  • Available 24/7

Chauffeurs are responsible for safe driving but are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.3 Service Availability

We strive to provide services on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Accidents or road closures
  • Mechanical failures
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information
  • Being ready at the scheduled pickup time and location
  • Treating vehicles and chauffeurs with respect
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engaging in illegal activities in our vehicles
  • Not causing damage to vehicles or property
  • Paying all charges and fees as agreed

7. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

  • Smoking in vehicles
  • Consuming alcohol or drugs in vehicles
  • Engaging in illegal activities
  • Damaging or defacing vehicles
  • Harassing or threatening chauffeurs
  • Exceeding vehicle passenger capacity
  • Carrying hazardous materials
  • Using vehicles for purposes other than transportation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of service, legal action, and liability for damages.

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SereneHue Travel shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Personal injury or property damage (except as required by law)
  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the service

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SereneHue Travel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

8.3 Insurance

Our vehicles are insured as required by law. However, we recommend that you maintain your own travel insurance to cover any personal injuries or property damage.

9. Damage to Vehicles

You are responsible for any damage to our vehicles caused by:

  • Your negligence or misconduct
  • Your passengers' negligence or misconduct
  • Violation of these Terms

You will be charged for the cost of repairs, cleaning, or replacement of damaged items. We reserve the right to charge your payment method for any damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SereneHue Travel or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our permission
  • Use our trademarks or logos without our permission
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

11. Privacy

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including:

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and information.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  1. Negotiation: Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties may agree to mediation
  3. Arbitration: Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws
  4. Litigation: If arbitration is not available or fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SereneHue Travel regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
